8. Finished Work and Collections

We take great care with all pottery pieces created during workshops and classes. However, due to the nature of ceramics, cracking, breakage, glaze variation, kiln damage, and other unexpected outcomes can occur. We will attempt to fix and restore as best we can, any breakages but in some cases it may not be possible.

We cannot guarantee the successful firing or completion of any item.

Completed work should be collected within a reasonable period after notification. Due to limited space, we reserve the right to dispose of uncollected items after three months.

9. Photography and Marketing

We may occasionally take photographs during workshops, events, or community activities for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please inform a member of staff before the event begins.

We will always respect requests not to use identifiable images.
